In order to constitute your rental file, here are the documents to provide:
- Photocopy of a valid ID of the future tenant (original to be presented at the signing of the lease)
- For an employee: copy of the last 3 pay slips as well as a copy of the employment contract
- For a student: copy of the student card and the school certificate
- The last 3 rent receipts from the previous accommodation (or proof of accommodation)
- The last tax notice
For the files requiring a deposit, the same documents as for the future tenant will be required.
